Hey there, I’m Vanessa-your tattooed, caffeine powered, nature-loving therapist. I’ve worked in the mental health field for over a decade and have found that working with healers, creatives, and folks from unconventional backgrounds is my jam. I’ve heard from clients that I’m non-judgemental, can leave space for giving no fucks, and that I get their sense of humor.

  • Founder

    I began working in the mental health field in 2009 and it quickly became evident that almost all of us navigate challenging life experiences. As humans, life can become pretty messy. I deeply believe having support and feeling heard can ease the chaos.

    I’ve come to realize in my own journey and through working with others that challenging events, intricate life transitions, or the daily struggles we all face can be lightened, and the experience can shift from overwhelming to hopeful and when one feels genuinely witnessed.

    It has been inspiring to walk alongside folks in their journey (wherever that may be) with plenty of compassion, laughter, and understanding.
